Anyone else find this concerning. We were talking to Miguel ages ago about a new contract we were told and nothing was forthcoming, Anyone else think that Comminges has decided to leave us and go to Championship already or am I just reading too much into this comment from the o.s
"Miguel Comminges is one such player who we are in talks with. He is quick, good in the air and I am sure that with a bit more coaching he will improve. He is desperate to play in the Coca-Cola Championship and I have mapped the future of this club to him, and we aim to reach that goal within three years."

I wouldn't read too much into it myself. I'd imagine Coxy, Paynter, McNamee, Peacock, Ifil, Aljofree, Brezovan JPM (hahaha) and others would all say they're looking to move towards the Championship. Doesn'tmean they're going to jump ship this summer.
Would be nice to hear some news on the contract front sometime soon though.

People will obviously jump to conclusions and say Comminges to join Sturrock at Plymouth, but it seems logical, Comminges wants Championship football, Sturrock could offer that and also rates him highly to have signed him here. Why would Comminges stay here and hopefully get Championship football in 3 years when he can get it next season on more money no doubt.
Hopefully we can keep hold of him as i think he has been our best player this season.

Comminges should think really carefully about this, he doesn't want to end up doing a Parkin.

I think you're probably right Gazza, Miguel wont be here next season.

I find this extremely concerning indeed. Whoever thinks Minges is good in the air is obviously on narcotics.

Minge is good mates with Zaaboub, I just hope Minge doesn't listen to any of his advice.

I find this extremely concerning indeed. Whoever thinks Minges is good in the air is obviously on narcotics. For his height he wins a fair amount of headers, pretty important for a defender I would say. I'd be very disappointed to see him leave. We've got the beginnings of a very good squad, but if players like Miguel leave it'll be a set back
