can we just stop this nonsense now? Its the worst song ever. unimaginative and utterly devoid of any thought whatsoever.

Are people trying to crush andy caton's confidence by giving him the worst song imaginable?

I've also heard the same song used for Christian Roberts & Ashan Holgate

FUCKING STOP IT - ITS SHITE

Indeed, I'm not really a fan of it myself.

I'd much prefer we had a number of different chants - one for each player - that are a little more original than the usual dross.

I almost said that myself Jan, but so many people seem to be singing it still, I've never sang it myself, I think it's vulgar and childish, but worst of all it's just plain crap!

Its so much worse than the Mooney song.

At least the mooney song has words and isnt sung to the same tune that fans across the country are using

Not exactly inspiring though PM is it?  Doesn't really get the team, or the crowd going.  I blame that song, for the lack of atmosphere at the CG this season.

Its not inspiring at all. I found it mildly ammusing to start with but I'm seriously bored of it now. Its only the TE chav element that sing it these days anyway.

Its still better than du du du du, random fucker though

Palace fans use it for andy johnson and middlesbrough play it before every home game.

I've no idea what its callled though, may have been recorded in the 80's :?:

No, it's a dance track from the nineties I'm sure, though it could of course be a sample from an 80's tune.

I can manage to run through quite a bit of the tune in my head, but get stuck just as the bit that would remind me what song it is comes round.

I'm sure a mate of mine will know, he had a bit of a penchant for mid-nineties dance rubbish.

It was re-released or remixed in the 90's I think it was called "Papa's got a brand new pig bag", something like that.
