2 people putting a bid in for debt ridden Bournemouth have pulled out.... this Saturday may be their last game... The administrators may close the club should Bournemouth not be able to fulfill their fixtures..... Good Luck to them.

We have Malpas as manager that's worse - apparently. No, seriously good luck to Bournemouth and others in trouble like; Luton, Gretna and Halifax.

Wasn't red faced Arry going to stump up some cash to help them out?

Very bad news for us...we lose a point to the Gills, so are now 4 points clear of them with a visit to Kent.

incidently what happens if the worst happens and they did fold? would everyone have to give up the points they won against them? and would the same amount of teams (but minus Bournemouth of course) still be relegated?

All results are null and void...L2 would have 23 teams next season and decision would be made how to bring it back to 24

Really hope they survive.
However, in the event that a club folds isn't the rule about their record something like if 90% of fixtures have been completed all results stand and the remaining points are awarded?

I think if I remember rightly there is one less relegation spot and an additional side would move up the pyramid to balance the leagues up.
Points taken against that side are also deducted.

the league would therefore look as below
1 Swansea 79 2 Carlisle 72 3 Doncaster 69 4 Forest 65 5 Southend 59 6 Tranmere 59 7 Walsall 56 8 Leeds 55 9 Brighton 54 10 Orient 53 11 Oldham 52 12 Hartlepool 51 13 Northampton 51 14 Bristol R 47 15 Huddersfield 46 16 Yeovil 46 17 Cheltenham 44 18 Crewe 44 19 Swindon 44 20 Millwall 42 21 Gillingham 40 22 Luton 33 23 Port Vale 29
apparently.
won't happen anyway, someone will step in
