Make the Batter/Yorkshire/Hole(what is it callled?) with Stella thats what I do. Dunno if it works any better but you get to drink the rest of the can.

My mrs cooked a roast dinner, yorkshires, roasts, parsnips, pork with crckling...lush
In return I had to do garden and vacuum, still it took me 45 mins and her about 1 and a half hours, happy days

but Im having my dad round Friday night for a birthday tea but Im not sure what to cook him - Im going to make him a cake (or possibly buy one if I decide to go swimming instead)
