*Sigh of relief* Gills only drew. The gap is 8 points. Its 9 really with their rubbish goal difference That's true. They need to win at least 3 of their last 6 you feel.

All of the bottom teams are playing each other in this run in. Someone will be worse off than us hopefully.
I think Crewe will be the ones that go down

I think we'll finish 17th. We'll nick a few points against some of these teams. They are bottom of the table for a reason.

They are bottom of the table for a reason. And we're plunging down it for a reason.

absolutely, but i don't think we are as shit as the rest of them, we've played a lot of clubs who are up the higher end, once we start playing teams in the bottom 6 i think we'll pick up a few points which will keep us safe.

Gills are the only club that can practically catch us.
They have 3 home games and 3 away games left
Gillingham v Luton Millwall v Gillingham, Gillingham v Swansea, Bristol Rovers v Gillingham, Gillingham v Swindon, Leeds v Gillingham,
In the last 6 games, also 3 at home and 3 away, they've picked up 4 points and have conceded 12 goals whilst scoring 4.
The 6 before that, again 3 of each, they picked up 5 points, conceded 10 and scored 5.
The 6 before that, 4 of which were away, 5 points, 6 conceded and 4 scored.
So they've only picked up 3 wins in the last 18. Whilst it's possible that they could get 3 in the next six, if you bear in mind that they've lost the last 6 straight away from home (and if you look at the stats above, are actually losing form rather than picking it up) it seems fucking unlikely.
I don't want to tempt fate, but I'm not losing any sleep and the twats on thisis that have got us relegated already can fuck right off.

Good stats Lumps, but at this time of the season throw the form out of the window. Port Vale I believe have picked up 7 points (2 wins) in their last 4, look at the stats before that, nothing like their overall season form.
We are eight points ahead of Gills, they have two very winnerable games coming up, we have two real tough games coming up.
I think we will survive because it is not just the Gills in the equation, but it could be mighty close at the end, we are not safe yet and we need a result desperately.

I dont think people realise what a totally demoralised and shit team Gillingham are, regardless of how many points they have on the board.I have a certain amount of local knowledge and even their fans dont expect to win another game-yes,even against us.You think our strikers couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo! In fact worrying about Gillingham is so wide of the mark,I actually hope they beat Millwall.

You're never safe until you are safe though adje. How uncomfortable was it when Wovers kept us up that year. I'd prefer it if we could secure safety ourselves.
