I came second at my Primary School's fancy dress competition circa 1985......
...dressed as Boy George.
The shame of it all.

I've apparently won gastroenteritis and a week signed off work by the doctor.
Could be worse though eh Boy George/Jan.

I won £50 in some arty/photography type competition when I was at primary school. A lot of money for a 10-year-old!!

I won an all expenses paid trip to the carribean for being a websites millionth vistor. I phoned the US company, because i decided, worth a pop? (This was 1998 by the way!)
Anyway, this stupid patronising cow spent 20 odd minutes explaining how i have a month long curise and loads of other bollocks all for £600. I explained it's not free, some how she disagreed with me, i'd had enough and hung up.
On a more serious note, when i was a kid, we went skiing and one of our lift passes won us an all expenses paid trip back the following year in 5 star accommodation. It was ace.
I have strange memories though, as they had a massive health spar thing in the hotel, which you were only allowed in if nude. So me and my sisters, probably about 10 years old used this health spar for a few hours with loads of adults. It scarred me. Although only because i didn't know a woman's box could be that massive and hairy and tit's that flappy. I think it's an Austrian thing.
