I've got through to Scotland phoning about 7pm,  middle of the night in india.

However you may also want to try this email address, which is a bit better than the bog standard sky email

Indians in Scotland have quality Scottish accents.  Livingston is the place you need to speak to, always found them quite easy to get hold of, I think they deal with cancellations mainly.

ahh cool thanks guys - basically whats happened is that I saw the advert for recommending a friend where if you your friend takes a sky plus box you get one as well - when I called to recommend someone they told me that offer wasnt vaild and I could only have £50 M&S vouchers

I recommended my friend anyway and 2 days later (get great service off Sky when you want to buy something dont you!!) he has his new sky installed - he gets a free sky plus box AND £50 of vouchers. THEN a day later I see the adverts on TV again about getting a free Sky plus box - so I called them and asked why I was told the offer wasnt valid when I called - Im just getting fobbed off

I did get through to a manager who told me he would look into seeing if I could stop the vouchers and get the box instead he gave me his name and extension number and promised to call me back - he never did - when I called back no-one knows who this manager is or where he works - Sky apparently have 5 call centres - 2 in Scotland - 2 in India and one in London and depending on call volume you could go through to any offthem!!!!

I just keep being told there is no-onw to phone and complain too and you have to put everything in writing so I will try those Email addresses you gave me
