If it's any consolation, you were in the right establishment for Doherty spotting. Lush summer pub for a few Stellas out back before heading back up the High St.

I've been gradually playing re-interest on lost. When I was a student type I used to download them as they aired across the pond. But when I came back home I started missing them more. I think I got to the early point in series 3 originally, where people were imprisoned by the others and stuff. I haven't rewatched even that far yet, but I'll get round to it (so no spoilers please). It's fun noticing stuff you missed the first time round and coming up with your own theories. Like I have no idea if it's been addressed in later episodes or not, but I reckon that Locke's (sp? Loque's?) real dad, who thiefs his kidney, is the same dude who ripped of Sawyers family when he was a kid (who Sawyer get's his name from).

Rewatching I'm at the end of S2. And there are bits I remember and bits I don't which are fun. I hope they find a way of exploring the Hurley - Libbey relationship, even though they killed her off. They show that she was a mental  patient with him, and he's one of my favorite characters. Along with Charlie.

I go in patches on my catch up. I'm going quicker than they're being released though so I'll be up to date soon enough. Doesn't mean you can spoiler me though.

James, do you want to co-write, produce and co-direct a flash animation mini-series? I've got a vague script written down on paper, and it'd probably need somebody much more talented than me to draw, but it'd be good fun. Especially if we had open voice casting auditions on the  TEF.

If we actually got some episodes done it'd be an immense thing to put on your CV when I apply to work for the BBC.

Jin was having flashbacks
Sun was having flashforwards

I think.....the bit I didnt understand was the date on Jins grave was the date of the plane crash.

Like you, I dont think we'll ever get answers....I mean the writers cant possibly link it all together. The crash, the fake crash, the dharma stuff, the hatch, the button, the polar bear, the black smoke, the others, the under water thingy, the boat, the gas stuff....

** Don't read this Ben, it's kind of spoiler-ish **

That's because technically, everybody on the plane died when it crashed. Well, that's what the 'outside world' think anyway. Remember when the Losties first made contact with Naomi, she said that 815 had been found at the bottom of the ocean with all 300+ dead bodies on board. They showed the footage in one of Frank's flashfowards which was set in 2007, but the plane crashed in September 2004 and they'd been on the island about 70 days when Naomi arrived, so how did she know about the finding the plane? Dun dun der! She's a time-traveller! Further proof is that she knew about Charlie's Greatest Hits album which hadn't even been made yet.

If you read that timeloop theory it explains it there, but basically Dharma stage the plane wreckage in the bottom of the ocean.

but

that still doesnt make sense, because Sun knows the Jin didnt die in the crash....because she got pregnant after the crash.....to the rest of the world Jin died in the plane crash but surely Sun knows full well he didnt....he obviously wasnt one of the 6 to get off the island....so is he actually dead....or still on the island?

Also, maybe I missed it....but how did you know Franks flash forward was 2007? did they give a date on which the 'plane and bodies' were found?
