He's been mentioned on other threads, but I thought the lad deserved his own thread.

He was quiet first half but looked pretty good in the 2nd. same could be said for half the team though. Great block to stop that cross coming in.

He looked like he could pass and tackle, which makes him 2 times better than Hewlett. Now if he can shoot as well..........

he played a few decent thru-balls too, which is more than hewlett ever did, he always used to go sideways. i thought pook did well considering he was playing against the great big wanker that is jason mcateer

Yeah I think he was no way near as bad as Hewlitt's been this season, so that's a positive.  Second half he did well.  Look forward to seeing more from the youngster.

I'm glad he did well though.  If he can play in Hewlett's position that's great.  I am SO, SO GLAD that bloke is going!
