The last few 6 weeks at work have been rubbish. It's not the work the work is fine and I am good at it. It's the people I seem to be surround by people who are the total opposite of me. I spend most of my day agruging with the jnrs making sure they do what I ask with no support from my boss who is too busy to care or help me when I need it. I just don't have the fight in me anymore.
The only problem is that I feel a massive sense of loyalty to the frim cos they helped me through some diffcult times and pay me fairly well.
I could earn more or at least the same else where but the idea of leaving somewhere I have been for 5 years scares the shit out of me!!!!!!! arrrrrrrrrrrrr why is life such a pain!!!!!!!!! also if I wanted to leave I have agreed to wave my statory rights and have to give six months notice!!!!!!!
