I was just about to say Miguel is easily one of our most consistent players!  Unfortunately because he doesn't spout off in the press or get sent off he goes unnoticed.

ha ha, too true Lady.

Personally I think Aljofree has been the most consistant player (in a good sense), so at this stage I'd still pick him.

Minge is playing well of late, hope it continues.

Aljofree is another good choice IMO and if Paynter hadn't got 2 reds then possibly him too!

Paynter was shite for about 3 months, including not scoring for about 15 games!

He's improved dramaticaly recently, but player of the season ? my arse!

I'd go for Easton. Easily the most underrated player, and his performances before he got injured were excellent ,week in, week out. Dipped a little on his return but has done well playing out of position.

why?

miguel has been consistent and steadily improving since he broke into the side

i started a thread asking the same questions a short while ago.ifil was getting the same mentions as minge is now.
how many has ifil had in this thread?

i agree with what you say about minges season and that isn't in question.

Yup, no one ever notices Miguel....would have thought his name might have cropped up this thread by now

Quote from: "lebowski"
MC is a good shout, seeing as he's our best player in two different positions.

Quote from: "DV"
Miguel, but fuck me board....get him a new contract and fucking do it now

Quote from: "STFC_Gazzza"
Miguel has been a revelation really... Absolutely fantastic. My Man of the season, followed closely by Craig Easton.

Quote from: "sonic youth"
comminges is still improving as well

other than miguel, it'd be easton.

Quote from: "neville w"
I think it's Comminges for me,  but Aljofree has been pretty steady all season, and reminds me a bit of Calderwood

***awaits slating***

Quote from: "Si Pie"
Easton in the first half of the season, Comminges in the second.

On current form, up til the end of the season, it will be the Minge that gets my vote (ooh errr)

Quote from: "Dozno9"
Got to be the Minge although Aljofree has been decent at the back.

Quote from: "arriba"
a few weeks ago everyone virtually was saying ifil.
i'll stick with the same guy i picked then, easton.
but if minge continues in the form he is in now then he might get my vote come the seasons end.certainly our best player on current form.

Quote from: "Tails"
Easton for me. It's close though, between him and the minge.

Quote from: "dell boy"
Commingues just from Aljofree

Quote from: "McLovin"
One from Easton, Comminges, Ifil (if he gets over this shit patch)

Quote from: "Boeta"
commingues is the best right back i've seen at swindon in 15 years of watching

Quote from: "RobertT"
Minge and Easton will fight it out.  The Minge has great potential and Easton is the sort of player we've missed having for many a season, so dependable.

Quote from: "chalkies_shorts"
At the half way stage I said Ifill then Easton. At this stage I'd go Minge, Easton, Ifill. Minge has had a stroming few months. Also agree with ron dodgers.

Quote from: "Colin Todd"
i think minge is in pole position as for obvious reason it favours players who play well in the latter part of the season over those who play well earlier.

Quote from: "Chubbs"
minge by far

Quote from: "donkey"
I commented at the start of the season that the Minge would never make a decent professional football whilst I have hole in my arse.

I'm either wrong, or have healed up down there (would explain the shit that comes out of my mouth - before any of you smartarses say anything).

So Minge and Easton are my two...maybe Minge just shading it.

Quote from: "JPC82"
Miguel Comminges by a mile

Quote from: "swindon-chap"
Minge.
