most of our fans are fucking idiots....

we've got the spotty teens in the Nationwide chanting loyal supporters when ever people leave early, despite the fact that I see the large majority and no away games what so ever.

When the 3rd went it people infront of me started chanting 'you dont know what your doing' and my response was

'who the fuck are you actually shouting at?'

they didnt seem to know!?!

Funny how when a few of us mentioned about Malpas not motivating the players earlier in the week we got shot down for it.  Perhaps today illustrates it better.

People have a right to moan at shit performances like that.

The only decent player today was Comminges and he was subbed off!

All in all. Utter gash.  No motivation, no tactics, no passing no nothing.

Summed up the game perfectly.

how does today illustrate anything about Malpas' motivational skills?

...and why the hell should a professional footballer need his manager to motivate him to play football!!

Today, showed that we're inconsistent and like most other people/teams we will have some bad days at the office.

That was starting to piss me off more than the 'Tommy Mooney On A Piece Of String' chants.

Definite classic from the Andy King school...our only player who looked remotely  up for it, and he gets subbed....

Yes, but why should the players need the manager to motivate them?

I think we all need motivating in whatever job we do, how many people would work as hard without somebody on at them?

Part of the job is it not?  Everyone needs a push in whatever occupation at some point.  I don't see football as any different.

8 points off the relegation zone with a tricky game away at Oldham and then Leeds to come. Could only be 2 points by next weekend.

Football isnt like other occupations though is it. For starters its a sport and its competitive.

The players should want to go out and win every game, they should feel that way regardless of who they are playing, who the manager is, where they are playing or how much they are earning.

You shouldnt need someone else to motivate you when your up against competition, because you should always want to succeed.

The players will probably all give the performances of their lives for that game.
