Managed to catch most of the game today as i was off college and as i live in wanborough i thought why not!
To be honest we didn't play to badly and probably deserved to win the game but was unlucky.
Cox played very well and looked very sharp causing the defense some problems as well as zaboob amazingly!!
and i never thought i would ever say this but pook was quality earlier!!
i thought nicho had a good game as well but jack smith wasn't up to his usual standards today and lacked a fair bit.
Chris allen was utter cack as well today where as he has played well in the last few games i have seen him play

overall we didnt play to badly

From the OS 'Press Call':

It looks like a strong reserve team this afternoon too?

Definitely. A few of the players came to see me and asked to play, which was a nice surprise. Sofi and Coxy both wanted to get a game in so they will feature.

There is tremendous competition across the board at the moment and that can only be good for the club.

Who scored? I'm glad Zaaboub requested to play in the reserves because that is where he should be at the moment. Good to see he played well though and hopefully he knows that he needs to get that old form back to get back into the side.

Innit Fred!

And  this is a reserves macth-day thread as well.

If coxy asked to play then it clearly shows that he wants to please us. Good lad. And zoob as well.

It does put a smile on your face don't it.

Surprising turnaround

I thought he was slow and lazy on Saturday - looked like Roberts of old...
He did have some good bits of skill, but was wholly uninterested in defending...
