Some bloke's discovered a new mammal in Tanzania and despite being a land creature, it's a distant relative of the manatee. Thought you'd all want to know.

I think we should adopt it as the official STFC animal/mascot thing. Much better than a robin. And our nickname could be the "land manatees".

There are lots of variety of land manatees.

This is clearly a long nosed land shrew manatee.
