I think he could do a job here with the right coaching imo.

I didn't see anything in the FGR game against us that suggest he could cut the mustard at this level.

Obviously judging him on one game is harsh and he is only 21. We'll see.

Not really a true reflection of his performance though (in my opinion, obviously). He didn't stand out for me.

I thought he looked good against us. He takes up good positions, looked lively, and can quite evidently finish.

he's had ample opportunity at this level, above and below - he's never done anything until now.

i'd be wary of signing him tbh

Yep....that Stevie Nicks,  big haired American biird, could never quite make my mind up about her.

Strange to think that Fleetwod Mac played a lot of gigs at Swindon Town Hall as back up band to Andy Partridge's Star Park.

Think its what made them think they might as well try their luck in the US.

Peterborough are a good example of a club that are prepared to take a risk on non league players (ok, so they seem to be throwing silly money around at the same time) with Mclean doing extremely well in League Two.

Probably worth a punt. 30 goals by middle of Jan is damn good going even if it is the Conference.

I've seen him play twice this year and he is rapid and gets in good positions. But, from what I read and hear about him in local papers and from FGR fans he does miss a stack load of chances as well though!

But, on the basis that he would cost £200K - I'd spend the money on Simon Cox.   Cheesy
