Perfection is not attainable

Has been released from his contract, no surprise really as he hasnt been the same player since his bad injury.

All the best for the future Cates.

It's a shame he didn't have a proper injury free shot at it.

He put on a bit of weight and had some prescence sadly it almost seems inevitable he would be released. best of luck to him though.

A big part of couldn't care less, another part. No wait, that's pretty much it.

Pretty clear he wasn't going to make it after the string of injuries. Not sure he'd have made it anyway. Didn't quite seem to have the presence on the pitch when I saw him play (which was only a few times).

Would have made it but for the injuries.

Its a real shame, because he's the second best youth player weve produced in the last 5 years.

Just because the lad got unlucky with injuries and therefore couldn't show us what he could do, doesn't mean I don't care.

All the best for the future Andy, hope you have the determination to start afresh and work your way up from a lower level.

I swear I heard Byrne say a few weeks ago that they was extending him until the end of the season as he had been unlucky with injuries and was looking to get him a loan deal.

Obviously changed their minds.
