JJB for adults I think is about £38 p.m, I think kids under a certain age maybe free between certain times not 100% sure, not sure if that will apply to Jenna though due to her age

cannons is very good fred.
as well as the gymnasium, which is very well equipped, they have a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.
also, the changing rooms have just been refurbished and are lovely now (although in the blokes at the moment they have shitty temporary showers that i dont like because they're really enclosed and it's hard to give yourself a good clean).

i am a member of pruhealth, and as a benefit of that i get free gym membership. think that is about £25. have a look here: http://www.whypayforthegym.com/?src_id=395though for the first 3 months you have to pay £25 a month for the gym membership, but as long as you use it regular (3 times a week) then it pays for itself in the long run.

Fred,
You would probably be better off getting a Swindon Card and then paying monthly as that way you can get the leisure pass which includes the oasis (loads of stuff for kids there), Ice skating and gyms so you can use a range of centres and also benefit from other leisure activities.

Here you go: Trial to see if you like it and then if you take it up permanently it will cost £44 for both of you (not each) and you get a free Swindon card anyway which gives you discounted activities everywhere as well! http://www.swindon.gov.uk/leisuresport.htm

Next Generation are far more per month I believe, they compete with David lloyd, sort of the next tier up from your Cannons/Fitness First batch.
