K850i is good quality phone, although buttons are bit small and fiddly.

I have the LG Viewty on Orange. It's a cracking phone. Love the touch screen and it's easy to work. I reccomend that.

Well my k850 has dust between the shutter and the plastic window on the outside. That's a great feature.
Also it went spaz when someone phoned me at half time against Barnet. I was in the middle of a text message and when I ended the call and resumed the text the whole thing was buggered. Had to take out the battery and once it was back in and switched on the bugger wouldn't even let me view my inbox let alone send a message. A master reset sorted it out but it meant I lost my ringtones - all bar two of them - even the standard ring ring was gone. I've since got them all back from a website but it was a pain in the rear.
Other than that it works well and is good value. I've had it for nearly 4 months. It was the first batch that came out with o2 so maybe they have fixed certain issues.
