- The interview is to discuss my behavior at Yeovil and to ensure there is no repeat

- The interview will not be minuted

- No witness statements or evidence will be tabled for me to read

- I am required to sign a good behavior contract if I wish to return to STFC any time in the future.

I think you should ask why you have been found guilty before they have even spoken to you, sounds to me as if you are being picked on for your previous role on the trust board, perhaps you should ask for this to be reviewed by the new CEO - don't get angry with them or you will lose straight away stick to the facts and be calm over it.

So they want an undetaking that you will not arrive at any game in the future drunk....that is outrageous you have done it the once and they are chastising you instead of saying "go home sleep it off don't let it happen again full stop".

However, at no point in your e mail can I find the word "alleged".
 
Quite obviously you have me guilty and I must prove my innocence. Not bad for a supporter of 34 years standing.
 
I am sorry, but I refuse to lie down and accept this situation. I will be producing witness statements from ten different people who witnessed my entry refusal that clearly state ;
 
- Whilst yes, I had had a drink, I was by no means drunk
 
- I was not rude
 
- I was not abusive
 
If you are not prepared to put names against the people who have made these allegations then, whilst I am more than happy to attend this interview, and sign any good behavior bond, you will leave me no alternative to take this much further in order to clear my name.
