I would also say Fred, If you show me no evidence with written statements regarding my drunken and abusive behaviour before the Yeovil game, I believe I have the right to claim compensation for the ticket for the match purchaed in advance and travel expenses. Or you can publish in the Advertsier that actions taken against me are false and we can let the matter rest. Agreed Dell but I have left the statement about "possible ongoing claims" hang at the end of a point. The sub conscious will take care of the rest

Well put fred, suffice to say intelectually challenging them is the best way to fight it, ranting and raving will only see them go all defensive and stick with the ban. You're already getting them clutching at straws.

I might be wrong here, but I think STFC can only ban you from the County Ground.
To ban you from all away games would mean a police/court banning order.

I would change "alleged accusations" to "accusations" as the accustion is definite and in writing.
As to whether the club has the power to stop you attending away games all they need do is advise the home club not to admit you and the chances are that they won't.

I think they've made half of that up. They, presumably, being Mr Moorhouse.
I think if you go to the interview and calmly explain your version of events you should be joining us at games again straight away

I've been thinking about this and surely banning any individual should be the very last resort. It's not good for anyone, the club nor the individual. Now if you were violent in any way shape or form then I suppose the club have a right to tell you to stay away and you'd have to accept that.
However if you were just under the influence (shock if you were Fred, it's not like it was Christmas) and got carried away a little (when you were refused entry that you'd spent a few hours and over £20 to get to/in) then surely a warning would suffice.
In who's interest is it to ban you. The club lose money, damage their own reputation and you lose a regular past time every Saturday.
I just do not understand the logic behind this decision. As you've put in your letter see what evidence they have and take it from there.

Apart from the apparent police and stewards, I bet they won't find one person who witnessed you being drunk and abusive towards them. I'm assuming they have witnesses ie other fans who can back them up?.....or not?

As a matter of interest did "they" take your name or any other details at the time?

As a matter of interest did "they" take your name or any other details at the time? No not at all The problem being that, because of my position in the Trust I am known to the club, police and stewards

I have built it a hutch and it now sleeps in the back garden
