Further to your latter dated 12th January 2008, received today, I would like to accept your offer to be interviewed on Saturday 19th January 2008 at 11.00am, with regard to the alleged accusations made against myself.
I trust that the interview will be recorded and minuted as a true representation of the interview process and that those minutes will be made available to me for approval afterwards.
Would you please also confirm via e-mail the following, prior to the 19th January 2008 ;
• That all accusations made against myself, will be corroborated with signed witness statements from those that are making the accusations, inclusive of any serving police officers, or employees of Yeovil Town Football Club.
• That copies of these witness statements will be made available for me to take away for investigation, and possible ongoing claims.
• That I will be afforded the courtesy to present my own witness statements, corroborating the series of events as I see them, and the rationale behind this whole situation.
I feel that if the above criteria is not established, then this whole situation will only become protracted and time consuming which, I am sure you agree, neither I, yourself nor the new owners of Swindon Town Football Club wish.
