You silly out fart Dell Boy, after three start singing ....
We're caught in a trap, I can't walk out Because I love you too much baby. Why can't you see what you're doing to me When you don't believe a word I say ? We can't go on together with suspicious minds, And we can't build our dreams on suspicious minds. So if an old friend I know drops by to say hello, Would I still see suspicion in your eyes ? But here we go again, asking where I'd been, And can't you see these tears are real I'm crying We can't go on together Oh, let our love survive Ah, dry the tears from my eyes Let's don't let a good thing die

I'd concede that alot of Elvis's stuff is dated, but then of course it would be after all this time.
But tune's like Suspicious Mind's, Teddy Bear and Crazy little thing will NEVER get old.
Still, each to their own I guess.

elvis was a hero to most but he never meant shit to me. Elvis was a hero to a small number of rebellious youth in the 50's....by the 60's he'd sold out to the cabaret and duff film circuit. However he did retain a following amongst the redneck and housewife populous.in GB. In the good old US, he made black music acceptable to a white audience. Apart from a few early bits I find his stuff average at best.
