It's a criminal offence to not give a sample unless you have a medical reason, in which case he would have been asked to provide a urine or blood sample.
You cannot demand to give a blood or urine sample instead of a breath test.

i was reading an article on kitson, cant remember when, but in the article he was going on about how he's salt of the earth, and definitely not one of the "baby bentley" brigade. he qualified this claim by saying that he doesnt even own a car.
