Fair play to the Arse, I've never really liked them but you've got to give them credit for drawing with their closest rivals 1st team last night.

Okay so Spurs did their usual thing of taking the lead and "should have won" but they didn't.

2nd leg will be interesting.

Arsenal are quality. The football they play is breathtaking and fair play to Wenger, for a few seasons everyone criticised him having such a young team but it's really paying off now. If they can keep that side together for the next few years I can see them winning a lot of championships.

Believe it or not there is another team behind this reserve team who have 6-7 english players ready to breakthrough. By all accounts they are all just as good

I thought they were well below par as well.

It was a great game last night. And that was because of the ref.

We can blame foreign players and foreign managers for the slow down of our game. But its the man in the middle who blows up.

Reffed the game exactly as it should be done. I didnt see one player disrespecting the ref either.

Jan,  Senderos, Walcott, Silva, Diaby, Eduardo, Van Persie and Sagna are all regular first team starters and pretty much all of the others who played are certainly at least first team squad members. Below full strength maybe but certainly not a reserve side. Cerny and O'Hara are hardly first team regulars for Spurs.

Besides by all accounts Spurs were by far the better side even away from home and Arsenal were very lucky to scrape a draw.

It is crazy that Spurs have scored more goals than anyone in the premiership but are still in the bottom half but if Ramos can sort out their defence that should change pretty soon.

van persie has been injured and apart from sagna the others are fringe players generally.spurs were the better side last night but couldn't win so that highlights their problems more than arsenals who would murder them best 11v11

like when we play oxford then?

it was virtually a reserve side(which fans knew would be fielded) just after xmas midweek in the nothing cup.
fuck me my sides are splitting

none of their league games go to general sale as they sell out. thousands more could and would attend if they could
