The window should be from the end of the season, through to the end of August, after that, you get on with what you have got.
It is up to you to make sure you have got a decent enough squad to handle injuries.
I have made offers for three or four players and I am just waiting for word back from the clubs to see if they have been accepted.
make your mind up. first you're moaning about the transfer embargo, then you bugger off elsewhere and start moaning about being able to sign players.
some people are never happy.
