I love the really strong mature cheddar and cant beat a bit of double Gloucester, especially as cheese on toast with marmite spread on it. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

The strongest cheddar is the best, and a good strong blue is a very close second. agreed. partial to some brie also, and roule.

cant go wrong with a slab of cathederal city mature cheddar. yes you can. cathedral city is bollocks. buy some decent mature cheddar if you're going to bother. though avoid tescos finest farmhouse cheddar, it actually smells and tastes like manure. cheese is king. virtually every kind.

The strongest cheddar is the best, and a good strong blue is a very close second. Damn right! spot on. The sort of cheddar that stings your tongue when you eat it! Deep fried camembert is also nice or a box baked brie with garlic slices pressed into it...yummy.

I love all cheese, apart from poor quality mild cheddar. if it's mild it has to at least have a nice creamy texture. Not taste like rubber.
