I rarely send mail but when I do I normally use the postbox at the end of Maidstone Road, the one on the corner with Hythe road, next to that odd looking old building which is apparently flats. Does anybody know what it was before flats?

It's a good post box. I'd rate it 8/10.

The one on Vic Hill is great, a 9/10 for the pure reason you always pass the office workers (fit women) while posting

Asda is collected at 12.30 on a sunday, thats top marks

I did mark it down for that. It's why it only got 8.

I've never seen it overly full, and it's much nicer than the post box on bath road, the one near the corer with the top of eastcott road/hill. I'd only give that one a 5.

Am also posting from my living room, watching MOTD. Just heard Trevor Benjamin 's left foot described as "cultured" :|

That used to be the Frome Hotel a pub....shame it got lost and turned into flats.....I did  know a bird who had one of those on the top floor quite nice for a single person....still got the scars from that one.
