Ferguson on the BBC website has said the fans were like a "funeral" yesterday. 75,000 people as well.
Theres a lot to be said for lower league football. Winning is a bonus as opposed to a normality.

as Keane said - they're the prawn sandwich brigade, they go to say they went and to watch another win. Or because they were given the tickets by their company.

To be honest if some bloke rung up his mate at White Hart Lane for commentary on a Spurs match whilst I was trying to watch Swindon I think I'd be pretty annoyed too (especially if it was on loud speaker). If you have no interest in Man Utd or Birmingham at all, why go? (honest question).

Ferguson on the BBC website has said the fans were like a "funeral" yesterday. probably not his brightest moment seeing as yesterday was the day that british football paid its respects to phil o'donnell

Oh yeah I remember you saying that pre-Christmas. Fair enough, but you can see how come the locals may not have been that happy.
