Ive recently changed my season ticket to kingswood and will never erturn to town end. They allowed you to change your seat?? Two years ago they flatly refused me even though I was in so much pain from my hips that I had to keep standing up every 20 minutes or so and requested a move to the back row where I wouldn't annoy anybody else!! They wrote and advised me to stay away if I couldn't sit down for 90 minutes - how to win friends and influence people, another two season tickets that were not renewed in 2006 and will not be renewed again!! |

They allowed it as I explained if I didnt move I would get banned for smacking the fuck out of the bald bloke in front of our group who (1) admitted beinga liverpool fan, (2) thought it was fine to tell his mrs to FUCK OFF every five minutes and (3) was a blatant knob.
Being serious it cost £100 and they did it in one day. Id approach th club aftr the take over and see hwat they can do as the cancer of non customer service has gone!
