a gut feeling Right. No real reason then. Absolutely. A lot of decisions are taken using a gut feel.

I got to say the back four was immense, along with Peacock, Easton and Brez.
Cox burying that pen after all their time-wasting tactics, proves the guy's got balls, especially afterhe worked his arse off all game.
We deserved that point.
Swansea....Top of the league, you're having a laugh... brezovan's save down at his post, was absolutely amazing. how did he get down to it?!

It was in, then it wasn't. World class save. The pen was soft, however the man took cox and not the ball. That's the risk you take. It was a fantastic effort - a true 100% effort that every Town player and fan can be proud of. That said, if Corr retaliated he is a dick, mind you he has looked a bit tetchy in recent games so maybe he was an accident waiting to happen. Zaaboub should be fined for his hissey fit too. It is dissapointing to be sacraficed after the sending off, but we had to go more solid. Plus he is a frustration. He has the skill, but ends up looking very ordinary. Cox was excellent, we'll miss his workrate and movement along with the goals. Cominges had a good game too. Well everyone did really.

Comminges was outstanding today IMO, would be my man of the match.
The effort showed from everyone today was fucking superb. The way our fans reacted after Swansea scored, standing up and roaring the team on summed up the spirit today. A fully deserved point and I won't let anyone tell me otherwise.

WOW
Like fred kept saying, that felt like a win.
Do go down to ten men and play like that we did not deserve to loose. Only untill the last 15 min did it actauly show that we were playing with ten men. Brez's save was world class, everyone thought it was in. The back 4 were immense. Minge had butler in the palm of his hand all game, Peaks worked his bollocks off today, fair play to him. Paynter had a chance to prove himself today but didn't didint seem to give a shit most of the time. As for someone saying zaboub acting like a twat being subbed, fair play to him, i would do to. Though it was quite ironic zaboub rushing corr off the pitch when he got sent off. One of the best games i have seen in the long time.
Top stuff, the lads shuold be proud.
Not sure of the formation at the end tho. From what i gather looked something like this.
Aljofre seemed to take up a load striker role for the last 10 min, with Kaid, doing a lot of defending on the left. JV pushed into the middle with Jerel. Paynter was playing CM. Coxy on the left and Pook playing just behind aljofre. Crazy

Why's he not the long term solution then? I accept that Fitton has stated that they want an experienced manager but if the players keep churning out performances like that I don't think Fitton will bring some one in from outside just for the hell of it.
too big a risk. He's got Sturrocks squad playing well, but can he take it to the next level? Maybe, maybe not, as I say, too risky. It's nothing personal against him.
