Sorry if it's been said. But I was just reading Mr Holts bit in the matchday programme and he said Leeds have been in touch (again) about signing Brezovan. He did say it's most likely to be up to the new board to sell or not.

Can't see him getting past Casper Ankergren at the moment so he'd be a bit mad to leave and then settle for a place on the bench.

Brez is back to his best and feel 100% happy with him in goal again now, should tell Leeds to fuck off. Also Smith has been out for ages so will take an age to get back to full sharpness........Brez is our number 1 now so shouldn't be going anywhere

i can't see fitton taking over and selling one of our key players. the man clearly isn't an idiot.

i sincerely doubt leeds could afford him.

If both players were fit I'd settle for selling Brez for the right price (how much?) and investing the money elsewhere in the squad. Of course we would need to have a decent no2 who could develop while waiting his chance.

When is Smith likely to be back in contention?

Did I read some comment about Fitton referring to "low hanging fruit" ?

Selling Brez would fall into this category.

We've got a shed load of debts to pay off, and a club to run on at least a break even position (I assume), so we shouldn't get our hopes up for a spending spree this season.  I'd be happy to get a manager, stabilise in the league, and push on with changes in the summer.

It'd be good to keep Cox for the season, if possible though

How would selling Brez come into that category? Surely he means sorting out the worst aspects of the club first!

Brez has reclaimed no. 1 spot - after a dodgy start he's grown in confidence and just like Brez had to, Phil Smith will have to wait his turn to get back in
