You're hindering your own fight Fred, sorry I put links to both lawyers websites. We now know for definate who is handling the transaction. The only way that could be done was to phone the club or Fitton, or use a process of elimination. |

For me, sending Email's to Lawyers regardless of wether it is right or wrong, give's me the opportunity to at least TRY to do SOMETHING and so I shall continue to do so!
I don't really see how it could hinder the cause either.
