decent game, dont think the team looked as good as last year. They miss Lukas up top although Hyde and Joyce held the ball up well.

They also miss Chris Allen in the middle, passing just wasnt the same class.

Took our chances when we had them, Boro saw alot of the ball but created next to nothing.

Lloyd Macklin  plays exactly like Roberts does....but quicker! identical style....

Are they at home against Charlton?

Make it free or if theres some silly rule saying you have to charge make it 10p.

I might start supporting the Youths instead then they could have a friendly against the first team and I could stand in the away section and abuse you lot Cool

DV did Macklin have a good game then, quite interested in his progress as I reckon with the right coaching we could have a diamond there.

You say the same as Roberts, in what way?  Does he drift in and out of games, or do you mean the way he is when he's on the ball?

Almost everything about him....the colour of his boots, the way he pulls up his socks!! the way he walks.

The way his first touch is miles ahead of him and looks like a Ricky Shakes mega shit first touch....but the lad is so quick he still gets to it before the defender.

Crossing very erratic also likes to cut inside onto his left and dribble sideways like Roberts does!

We are trying to get the game changed to Tuesday 19th Feb now, as the 1st team are playing Cheltenham on the 12th and Malpas and Byrne want to see the Youth Game.

Did anyone watch Sunday Suplement on Sky Sports this morning?
One reporter said instead of Dennis Wise watching Arsenal smash Newcastle last week he should have been watching Swindon Youths beat Middlesbrough Youths and he should be signing up half the Swindon Youth team.

Shoot me down but someone in the old board must have done something right as the youths have been superb last few years, trophies, kids making the grade etc, and the current lot are very good, i saw most of them at hampton pre season and their fans thought it was our first team, saying there wasn't much difference, not realising most of ours were 15/16, I reckon 4 or 5 will make it just hope we can keep them

Lloyd Macklin, Kurt Hammond, Sean Morrison, Ben Joyce have the best chances to make it.
