When after the conditional acceptance will Fitton be expected to be fully complete?
When will the CVA be payed, after completion or conditional acceptance?
What is the likely hood of this going tits up because St Modwen won't play ball?

I had a crazy dream where the hold up was because the print quality of the legal papers wasn't very good and you couldn't read the names properly, so they had to reprint them to be super sure.

I'm tired. I should have learned lessons from yesterday. No. I did learn lessons from yesterday.
1. I will not camp on the TEF, in the hope of news
2. I will not partake in 28 page threads that provide no information
3. I will bury myself in work and forget about the club
4. I will only check for town news on the official site after 20:00
5. Football related stress is the worst form of stress in the world
6. The refresh button and the phrase "just having a quick check" are your enemy
These are the rules i will follow today.
If i get seen on the TEF today, someone please ban me until this evening. Preferably until after 21:00.
