They really have to make sure there are absolutely no legal loopholes in the contracts, make it so watertight that some delays are innevitable, this has to happend soo though surely as all the legal loopholes must be pretty close to being shut now.
I know it is a requirement to make sure that nothing whatsoever comes up that can cost the new consortium money in the future.
I dont think we should be too concerned but its just that we are all on edge over this after the total inneptitude of the present incumbants that we trust nothing and no one...until it is signed sealed and delivered.
