i think there is a gap when a conditional agreemenr is signed and then funds are transferred etc before the final contract is signed. or something.

but if Wray had stated that it was going to complete today would the lawyers not have got funds in place ready to move accross.

So it could still be complete today or does there have to be a specific amount of time between contract being signed before anything can be released?

It's definitely more than waiting for the transfer of funds. Both the Adver and Radio Wilts are reporting that there are still unresolved issues. This is no time for chicken-counting... even a conditional agreement would seem pretty worthless to me when dealing with this lot.

How have I ended up in such a bad mood just hours into a day I was hoping would be such a happy one?

To be fair to Fatters, we don't know a lot about their plans for the club.

I feel a fans forum coming on!

We don't Jan but you cant help feel that Fatters and Bart will be hoping that they do something wrong so they can jump in the boardroom bit and post the same old bullshit.  Since this takeover has been on the brink of completion we have not seen one positive post from Bart or Fatbury saying great lets look to the future all they have done is read what they want to read in statements and insist on everything going pear shaped.  Its become tiresome to say the least.
