I still will not believe everything until it has been signed.

What's the betting that we wait on here all day tomorrow for news and we get nothing like always.

It could just be typical club bullshit, if we don't hear anything tomorrow then i will presume the worst, let's hope that this really is it but i wouldn't hold my breath.

Also i find it odd that there was a statement on the official site regarding the takeover being completed tomorrow and now it has disappeared, strange.

Yeah that's strange. I'm not going to read anything into that or indeed the statement itself. Basically they are saying what Fitton said last night to an extent. I don't believe anything that comes from the OS anyway as you say.

its correct howether HTV news reported on tonights evening news that a deal has been struck and is set to complete monday.they are basicly going on the post that was removed from the stfc site. so a failure to complete tomorrow will leave the club with some questions to be answered.

Maybe the club are trying to avoid another BEST scenario where they posted up a statement saying that the deal with BEST was done (we all know what followed of course). Maybe Fitton wants to put out his own statement on the OS tomorrow to confirm and has told the club to take it down?

Either way, doesn't bode well for a good night's sleep. I'm nervous as hell. It would make Christmas, for the next ten years, if this went through. Twice now last minute amendments have been made. Twice the club have made the mistake that they think they've got bargaining power.

Big question is, did Fitton have a clue about Tozer?
