Negotiations with regards to the takeover of the football club were concluded late on Saturday night, with all points now agreed in principle.
Lawyers will now meet on Monday to finalise the documentation and the target for completion is Monday evening. For those who can't get into the site |

Does anyone know of an online mapping site that provides live satellite pictures? (Google maps, Multimap etc are not real time, sadly.)
The thing is, I want to take a look at the lettering on Diamandis' driveway, and can't be arsed to drive to Newbury.

Was reported on BBC RS as well - agreed in principle, no longer any outstanding issues and just the final text to agree on. Of course anything can happen but it does sound promising
