There were plenty of spare seats near me, looked the same in the Arkells as well. Good atmosphere though!

Sounded about right to me, huge gaps in the Nationwide and Arkells.

I watched the game through the latest state of the art technology....

Teletext!

The next best thing to being at the ground itself.

Anyway, teletext said that the attendance was 6,800 ish

You lucky sod, I love the way you get such a feel for the atmosphere through teletext!

I had to put up with Radio Swindon over the net. And they didn't/forgot to turn it off at kick-off  Cheesy

Tried to get radio but my internet connection was screwed last night, :x  and living out in Kent I couldn't pick up any terrestrial stations.

But the atmosphere on teletext was great I even added to it by playing FIFA2005, then running into the corner with the ball, turned the TV volume down so that the crowd noise came through it was great Cheesy

Jesus, I need to get out more :beers

Do you get to many games Sussex?

My thoughts exactly! We were guessing what the crowd might be at half time. The lowest prediction was 7,500. The highest was 8200, and usually you would expect it to be around those figures with such a huge gap between them!

MUST be tax fiddling again!

not surprised, swindon always say the wrong attendances so they don't have to pay as much on the tax. done it for a while.
