He spent most of his time in the reserves until he was 20.

What I'm trying to get across is that many players don't mature until they're a little older.

Everton and Newcastle have vast scouting systems and spend thousands on finding new talent.

But they obviously haven't got the knowledge and experience that you have..................................

I think Tozer has a lot of ability, but is a little out of his depth in the first team right now, but with nurturing and some good quality passing and distribution coaching he can turn into a very very good player, a bit like when Shaun Taylor was taught how to pass a ball by Hoddle, he came alive...and Tozer has so much youth on his side.
