Hello devonshire_red. Please don't mention my name in your letter.

Welcome though. Have fun!  Smiley

We need a team that plays like the old Wimbledon, someone needs to give Diamandis and all the sods in the boardroom a stern word. Someone needs to tell these players that they will be ex footballers if they dont start playing with 100% dedication, how can anyone be inspired by a manager that has not played for the club and has a burning passion for it a real hunger to see it do well? If the club is to crash and burn i'd expect nothing more than Luc to be at the steering wheel because Luc wants it, give the man a chance, I will be at the next game with about 10 or so likeminded town fans with a huge ''Luc for STFC'' banner, come and say hi, might even arrange for a petition of support to aid the cause, Regards

Welcome Devonshire but a couple of points - I don't want us to play like Wimbledon although I can see where you're coming from as you like Luc! There was always that tremendous couple of seconds before he made contact in the tackle, when we all knew what was coming apart from the poor sod who was about to get it.  Secondly, whatever Diamandis thinks should be irrelevant as hopefully he will have jogged on in the near future.  Personally I would like to see an manager that knows the english league and has experience of getting out of divisions like we're in.  I think alot of why we were promoted last year was down to Sturrock having been there before.

I'm certainly not against getting Luc on board. I think it would bring fans together, give the players a kick up the backside, and perhaps being a few "dormant" fans back to the CG. Not sure if it's the right solution or not but the idea certainly has potential

He'd have to change his name to Nijfitton though. Don't want any nasty smells hanging around.

And not keep saying "for sure", or have his hair in dreadlocks.
