In all seriousness, he seems to me to have a valid case to claim that he might very well be in danger if he was sent back to Sierra Leone, and frankly its not like he is a drain on services or resources, so it does seem harsh to me.  However, I think he'll have a hard time appealing it as I'm sure the authorities will want to be seen to be applying the law to the letter.

Exactly, theres tens of thousands of illegal immigrants in the country and they pick on the one who's probably on about £250k-£500k a year and pays just short of half off that back to the government in tax!

I think he's more shirking the responsibility of being murdered for refusing to lead a cult previously led by his dad who was actually murdered (hence the vacant position) which is why he fled in the first place. But then we send plenty of other people who pay taxes back to places they're likely to be tortured murdered raped so etc etc ....
