Worth checking out for £8.00 a pop.

Just had mine run for a mortgage and it highlighted a "live event" so I ran the personal check with Equifax and bastards Orange claimed I owed them £132.00 and 18 months on since the contract expired had been recording arrears each month.

Gave them god damn murder and got it sorted out but if you're going to be applying for credit on anything it's worth checking as it can lead to you being refused which will then go on your record and go against you as well.

Could have missed out on a mortgage if I wasn't good friends with the chap at the bank for the sake of £132.00!

Lass at work then ran one for herself and found out that some cnut had managed to take out two contract phones in her name which they have never paid for.

Is that the (in)famous IOM Bank?  They kept screwing up my account with them, taking out money for ISA's that I never had!!  Gave them blue murder, but it had recorded on my credit file that I had defaulted payments.  They refunded me a fair bit in compo!!

Lloyds do a credit rating of 1-7.  1 being good 7 being err not so good.  I hpe you weren't with Lloyds when you had yours done SMWS.
