Any links I wonder to the Cornish printing firm that Diamandis screwed over and got confronted by angry employees in their car park

I'd kept a link to a printing trade paper that had the story of Holt and Diamandis in Cornwall....it was about 3 years ago.   When the current fuss kicked off I thought it would be a tasty morsel, for us busybodies to chew on.

To my surprise though,  although the paper still runs and has an excellent archive the Diamandis stuff has mysteriously disappeared.....more admin expenses ?

Meanwhile. it seems Fitton is back in town. From the Gazatte and Herald :

Slow progress in Town takeover
By Nick Mashiter
Comment
The Swindon Town takeover is making slow progress as final details are still to be ironed out.

Crisis talks last week look to have bought the Robins some time after buyer Andrew Fitton pulled out of the deal, citing the length of time taking to complete it as a major factor.

But the Ramsbury businessman was talked round by majority shareholder Sir Seton Wills on Friday to give the deal more time.

Fitton said today the takeover had moved forward slowly, although would not elaborate any further.

"There are legal details which have to be resolved which perhaps the vendor had not focussed on, but they are focussed on them now," he said.

"The lawyers are working on it and they know they have to work as fast as they can.

"These transactions are not as simple as people think, it is not like going in to buy a McDonald's or a car."
