No - it's a newspaper that apparently shut down in 1990.

Wonder if any of the libraries up there have got them archived? If his name is mentioned it could be something ...

Could be that one?

A new company called Footlaw 60 was incorporated soon afterwards it seems and is still trading today.

Don't confuse being involved in companies that get liquidated with not being personall succesful in a financial way.
