Thing is, I don't think 10 year olds truely understand the consequences of their actions.

It's like they say though, they sure as hell knew it was wrong by trying to get the evidence destroyed. Although it is fair to assume that they may not have truly understood the consequences and the long term implications.

Capital punishment would only make the judicial system worse.

What they did was disgusting and I can see why anyone connected to the family of the child would want revenge. I can even see the argument for keeping them locked up forever.

Unfortunately there will always be sick fuckers out there, so it probably makes more sense to do the whole deterrent/rehab thing. If people could come out of prison better people then at least there's hope for society.

Ive tried to keep my views to myself but in this case I severly hope the two kids/adults/sickos get a complete and utter battering, I also hope someone puts batteries up their arses like they did to that toddler.

My mates sister was working as an A&E nurse in Alderhay hos, where Jamie was taken to!

What they did was revolting!

Wont go into to much detail, but his death involved iron railing spikes.

I make exceptions on these two.  Read the case about them.  The justice system needs a total overhaul, however in cases such as these the rule book should be thrown out due to the fact these people do not understand law and rules.  Murder is one thing, doing what they did and other people such as fred west and paedos is a total new ball game.

when, who decides when to throw the rule book out? i know i know we'll let the edtitoe of the daily mail i'm sure they'll make an informed ratinol descion on the other hand i've juts read the mail and apprantly england is sinkin due to gobal warming and the poles living here are making our white and wonderfull island to sink
