If we get points deduction we can sing that song leeds sing AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGH! WE'RE NOT GOING TO GET A POINTS DEDUCTION FFS! I thought by now people had grasped that this isn't really an option. Either a takeover happens and the debt gets paid OR we're liquidated and out of the league. There isn't an option in between that sees us in administration and taking a points deduction available to us!

While the board fights to resurrect talks between both parties, Fitton revealed he fears for the future of the club.
He said: "Either they will find some way to keep struggling on, and that would be a great shame because eventually it would just lead to the inevitable. The other option is for the club to go into liquidation, they would lose 15 points and who knows what the future would be?"

What does he know? Obviously out of touch with the situation. :-))(
Not like our Mike, he understands our plight.

we CAN still get away with points deduction. This 3 times in admin rule is bollocks It's not a rule but a period of administration has to be approved by a court. No judge in his right mind is going to allow us to go into administration for the 3rd time under the same management. Administration allows a company to get out from the wieght of debt that might be crushing an otherwise going concern. Our current board have demonstrated beyond all doubt that under them the club is nothing of the sort. Not only have we failed to make the CVA payments as agreed, (was a single one paid on time?) but we've run up even bigger pile of debt than the one we ditched under the last administration. Forget it, it ain't happening.

Forget it, it ain't happening. The second time we went into admin, the judge made a point of saying that this is the LAST TIME. Any judge will take that into account. He will then see that they have had the money to pay the debts but didn't (Bill P's 1.2 million), the club has been totally mis managed, & that 3 take overs have failed due to greed.
