Apologies for the new thread, only I think I might have something.
Clearly the board could not give a shit about either the club nor the fans, rather they care only about themselves. Therefore we could protest until we are blue in the face with no effect.
It is also evident that there have been many shady dealings, of which I am confident that they will not want to be public knowledge.
So instead of threatening protest, legal or illiegal (Either of which I personally WOULD NOT object to). Why not try threatening with the law? I.E. full investigations into what the theiving cunt's have been up to.
Now I am sure that I am not the first to think of this, and admittedly I have now idea how to do this although I am sure that somebody on this forum does.
Either way, I think that we all know that them having the law on their back will send a few shivers down their spine.

You would have to make an allegation with some information or grounds for the boys in blue to investigate. For what it’s worth I don’t think they have technically broken any laws just been very deceptive and sneaky with certain matters.
I think the one question mark I have is should the club have been moving large sums of money out of the club under the guise of ‘admin expenses’ when creditors have not been paid. I mentioned it on the TUMDC and to be honest I have no idea what administrative expenses a football club of this size should have although for a company with the same turnover it’s a hell of a lot.
Apparently it’s a commonly used tactic to move money out of a business into another company as ‘administrative expenses’ to keep it out of the eyes of the tax on. That’s why a lot of companies turning over a few million only ever appear to make a few quid on the balance sheet.
Again I’ve no idea what the legality of using such a manoeuvre under the terms of a CVA or when a CVA is broken.

Yeah the DTI need to fully investigate Diamandis. That could be the one to run with. Last I herd the investigation had never been closed so it could be worth giving them a chase.

We can't go making wild accusations about the Board cos we've seen what has happened to other townenders. Corruption in football is hot news at the moment and if STFC have not been checked up on we have to assume currenty they are not guilty of anything illegal. At the end of the day we know nothing about the way the club is run.

And are these investigations related to his dealings with STFC? Also am I right in thinking that he has previously been banned from any dealings with football before, for "irregularities"?
