I dont know the deadlines and stuff for the off field stuff, but the games dont stop coming....certainly not in december.

we are not in a position where we can put off hiring a manager.

have a bad christmas and we'll be right down in and around the bottom and shot of confidence.

That was what i was trying to say, we can't really get someone in until the takeover is sorted, we need to wait until then, if it gets sorted that is, if it falls through i wouldn't be surprised if they kept Byrne/Williams in charge.

Fully agree. We need a manager in sooner rather than later.

But we can't appoint anyone with all the off-field shit going on at the moment

- dont hire a manager whilst the take over goes on. We go 5 games without a win
- go into the christmas period on bad form with no new manager
- start the new year down the bottom with no manager
- players get sold off to cut costs and re-coup some money
- take over drags on as swindon slip into the bottom 4
- we get relegated as the minor paperwork is still incomplete
- we find ourselves going to accrington stanley again in league two with no new manager.

Whilst we're waiting for take overs, now Wise has gone lets wait for Bill Power to take charge before we appoint another manager.....or should we wait till BEST are in charge, I bet they know a portugese bloke....or we could wait for Fitton and see what he thinks

who knows? but regardless......i guess we're planning not to die....I guess we're planning ahead of Christmas

At the least we've planned up untill the end of the season....and even if we did in 3 months time.....we still need a bloody manager.

No matter what is going on off the field, we need a manager and we need one a week ago!!
