Jerel Ifil got a standard 3 match ban for being sent off with a straight red plus 2 more for taking too long to leave the pitch (42 seconds)

Sorry, I thought it was some strange in joke!

When did the other 2 get dished out, today? It isn't up on the FA website yet

Anyway that is fucking scandalous. Styles is a knob of grade A stature. As a certain player said "sent back to the Premier league, more like Sunday league".

By the look of it Ifil and Zaaboub have been charged with 'improper conduct' and the cases wil be heard on Tuesday...

Same happened to Gurney after we appealed a red card at Bournemouth a couple of years ago.  The FA looked at the video, denied the appeal, didn't like the reaction and added another charge...

Should be charging Styles with improper conduct instead.

This is ridiculous. 5 games for something that could have been sorted with a yellow and a harsh talking to. This sort of thing annoys me so much, the FA shouldn't be untouchable as they appear to be at the moment they are ruining football.

On the brightside, at least they will be fresh for the busy christmas period...assuming we ...well you know. Crying

42 seconds - that's a fucking lifetime.

like others have said, zaaboub will probably get an 8 match ban!

If Jerel got 2 extra for 42 seconds that could mean an extra match for every 20 seconds ... so if Zaaboub took 3 minutes he gets an extra 9 matches.

Merde!!

is that the disciplinary book closed on the rovers game then?

judging by the highlights on virgin media, the cameras missed most of the juicy stuff involving barry corr, maybe not the elbow on danny coles though..?

If he seriously has a 5 game ban that is a joke. Neither of the two should have been sent off from what I saw
